Refund policy, Returns and Exchanges
All of these beanies have been individually hand made and sewn by us. There will be some very small differences between them making each beanie unique. We do our best to check over all of our beanies after production and before shipping to the customer. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please get in touch so we can sort something out. We are happy to repair items for free. Keeping in mind that shipping cost are to be paid for by the customer.
Damaged Products
If there is an issue with our products upon receiving them please let us know. We will do our best to repair or replace the product as long as you are able to provide photos of the damaged product with the original packaging and tags to be sent to Euca.au@outlook.com. Please contact us with any questions about damaged products.
